The company are one of only five who achieved this level of recognition after undertaking a stringent independent innovation audit, covering all aspects of its business operation, and are now recognized as one of the truly free-thinking organizations in Wales. A video of the company was produced to showcase them at the awards evening.

Dr Virginia Chambers, Development Director of the WDA said: “E2L’s success is founded on highly creative thinking – and often based on very simple ideas. They have placed great emphasis on innovation and it is really paying off”

Lyndon Owen, Managing Director, regularly presents the company’s philosophies at various industrial seminars throughout Europe: “Simplicity is at the core of our business. We continually create new products by refining and simplifying existing designs, placing great emphasis on trying to reduce the technological complexity through the design process.”
