Terms Content~These Terms and Conditions are prepared with intent to fulfill the EU Distance Selling Directive Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 in good faith.

Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Creditcall using the EROLPAY secure website payments gateway.

Cards we accept, MasterCard/Visa/Visa Debit/American Express/Solo/Maestro.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to  have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP (UK pounds sterling). Prices in other currencies are given as a guide only and may fluctuate on a day to day basis. For customers who want to pay by bank transfer directly in Euros please email euro@e2l.uk.com or contact sales at 0044 [0]1600 714856. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result,   reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases against credit card payments without prior discussion.

Delivery
Your order will be sent to you normally in 4 working days. International orders will be sent to you in 4 working days. Any out of stock items will be declared at point of ordering

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
